Green Corn Shucks (Husks)
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Corn Meal
Water
Add equal amounts of flour and corn meal and mix. If you want to add spices, this is the time to do it. Then add just enough water to bind everything. The dough should be pretty thick. The ticker the dough the better. Take the corn shucks and dip them in water. take about 2 ounces of the dough and wrap the wet corn husks up. Place the filled corn husks and place them in the ash right next to the coals. Be sure to turn them often. It should take about 20 minuets to bake
