FRIED SWEET POTATOES
This is a simple quick and easy to cook up a sweet potatoes when your at an event living out of your haver sack
Start with some hot grease saved from cooking your meat or melting down some lard.
Next take a clean sweet potatoes and slice in to 1/4 in slices.
Fry the potatoes slices in the hot deep grease, flipping them over to avoid burning.
Cook till the slices are soft all the way through and serve.
